In the heart of the Melbourne CBD, at Southern Cross Station Docklands, “A Rush Espresso” originated from the belief that fast food truly can be both delicious and healthy, both premade and made to order, Coffee, hot and cold drinks.
The Challenge
“A Rush Espresso” needed cabinets that would stand out from the rest, they needed cabinets that were reliable, and could work in a very busy, quick moving and had bright LED lights, were self-contained ( only required power) and could be easily built into joinery.
The Solution
Artisan™ worked with the business proprietor and found the “Riviera” display cabinets were the perfect solution to what was required. These cabinets had:
- Bright LED lighting showing the wonderful food products from a distance
- Double glazed heated glass on the refrigerated models and double glazed on the heated cabinet meant the cabinets were able to keep a good and proper temperature and yet conserve on energy usage
- The shelves were all able to be adjustable making this ideal for season menu changes
- Units had easy slide rear doors making it efficient for the store personal to serve customers.
- The design of the base with no front air grills meant the cabinets are easy and aesthetically able to be built in
- Being fully self-contained ( only power required) meant that the building works were kept to a minimum, with no drains required.
The Benefits
The fit out was able to be done quickly and efficiently , sales increased as product is easy and clear to see and inviting to the customer.
