SG Bakery, retail stores are based on the Sunshine Coast of “Sunny Queensland” they now have over 10 sites which some sites are Kiosks. They serve their delicious pastries, bakery, patisserie and sandwiches, Bahn Mi, delicious Vietnamese pork and chicken rolls.
The Challenge
Bakery fridges and Freezers both upright and under bench that takes the standard bakery tray [either 16-inch (410mm) or 18-inch (460mm) X 29 Inch( 740mm) long] so that production can be streamlined.
Sandwich bars that could keep the correct temperature of under 4 degrees with refrigerated storage as space is always at a premium.
The Solution
The Artisan “Bakers Buddy” , this unique and specially designed fridge and freezer both upright and under bench takes both sizes of the standard bakery trays and wires so that product and be kept on the cooling wire/tray that then can be placed in the oven. The shelf runners are adjustable meaning they can be easily adjusted to accommodate different sizes of baking tins, pans and racks with different height product. The unit is fully self-contained on castors making if easy to fit in any location. The under-bench units have a stainless-steel top meaning they can also be used to store or work on.
The” Cuisine” sandwich bars are compact, work well and complete with refrigerated storage, on castors, rear cutting board, internal dry shelf, auto defrost and fully self-contained meaning you only require a power point.
