The Challenge
The Wallis Lakes Fisherman’s Co- op required a glass refrigerated display cabinet that was suitable to use with or with out ice, would be suitable for fish and seafood so no drying and would be suitable to be close to salt/brackish waters.
The Solution
The Artisan “Arctic Ice” refrigerated display cabinet is ideal for this application it come as a static coil fridge with cold plate meaning no drying of product , large glass top, front and sides giving excellent viewing to the product, can be used with or with out ice, on castors for easy cleaning, front glass can open making stock layout and cleaning easy, rear work stainless work bench , internal LED light .
