Every kitchen is different, so Artisan offers standard sizing across 2-door, 3-door and 4-door models. Available in 1200 mm, 1500 mm, 1800 mm, 2100 mm and 2400 mm lengths, they’re easy to integrate into existing workspaces.
Each compact under bench freezers include full-length handles, self-closing doors and sturdy shelves that hold heavy trays and stock without bending or warping.
Artisan’s commercial under bench freezers are ideal for well-ventilated areas, positioned beneath benches or along prep lines for quick access. Leave 50 to 100 mm clearance around the back and sides for airflow. They can be installed flush against a wall, but shouldn’t be enclosed in sealed cabinetry.
Standard under bench freezers range from 1200 to 2400 mm wide, 850 to 900 mm high and 700 to 750 mm deep. Leave 50 to 100 mm around the sides and back for ventilation. They fit neatly under standard commercial benches and line up with most preparation areas.
Typical energy consumption for commercial under bench freezers may range around 600–1000 kWh per year, depending on usage conditions. Actual energy use depends on ambient temperature, door-opening frequency, insulation quality, load and whether the unit uses a frost-free or manual defrost system.
