Glass-fronted serve-over models put team members between stock and shoppers, perfect for high-service delis that slice on request. Our range of deli display fridges for sale options also includes the plug-in seafood display fridge line, built on the eco-friendly R290. Smart controllers log temperatures to the cloud, handy for council audits. LED lighting drops power bills and stops cured meats from bleaching. Look for heated front glass, auto-defrost and Bluetooth diagnostics. Many new seafood display counter ranges offer colour-matched cladding so your branding is eye-catching without the need to refurbish your store.
Start with the weekly volume you plan to sell, then match it to net litre capacity rather than external width alone. Allow at least 200 cm² of shelf space for every kilo of fresh fish on display, and keep a 100 mm gap behind the unit for airflow. Remember that deep trays need taller front glass, so double-check sightlines from the customer side before you order.
